The NYC DOE Pathways to Graduation Program is looking for a Workforce Development Coordinator specifically for English Language Learners

Pathways to Graduation is an alternative education program that serves students ages 17-21 who are working toward their high school equivalency diploma. The WFD Coordinator for ELLs is a full-time DOE position offering complete benefits and salary. The WFD Coordinator for ELLs is responsible for adapting and facilitating work-readiness curriculum using ESL and bilingual teaching strategies. They are responsible for connecting and maintaining relationships with partner organizations to create internship opportunities for ELLs as well as recruiting, placing, and supervising ELLs throughout their internship experience. This role requires ongoing collaboration with other coordinators, teachers, counselors, social workers, APs, principals, and outside partner organizations.
