Staffing Our Bilingual Program

| July 23, 2018

Dear Professors of Education,

Chancellor Carranza has designated my school, James Madison High School, as one of his newly opening bilingual programs across the city, and we are endeavoring to fulfill that need. In fact, we will be opening two bilingual programs; Spanish and Russian. Our current obstacle is staffing these programs, so I’m looking for help from schools that consistently produce high quality educators.

We are looking for outstanding candidates to teach bilingual classes (Spanish/English & Russian/English) in global history, living environment, and algebra. I will be taking over our ENL department next year and I am currently spearheading our search. Please send a cover letter and a resume to if you are interesting in applying.
