Valbin Corporation

If you are interested in working as a professional-cultural role player at one of our many exciting contract locations with our company please send us an e-mail at with a resume, cover letter specifying the languages you are applying for, and at least three references of your past performance in the language or subject you are applying for. We accept applications from any qualified native foreign language speakers who have experience in the interpretation/translation field and can ensure linguistic and technical accuracy. Many of our cultural role playing linguists have supported Valbin at various military training locations throughout the U.S.

Our translators/interpreters go through a 3 step process:

  1. Screening – Valbin interviews all potential new Role Playing linguists to evaluate their poise and professional demeanor and to assess their professional skills, training and experience.
  2. Testing – Valbin Role Playing linguists may be subject to passing a bilingual exam depending on the contract requirements. Some contract positions do not have formal language requirements. This test evaluates the role payer’s language proficiency levels in English and any SCRL foreign languages required, and may include interpreting/translating competencies and knowledge of subject.
  3. Evaluation – Valbin regularly evaluates Role Player performance through management feedback and random monitoring of on-site appearances.
