NOV. 13, 2014

10AM – 12PM

RUSSELL 306

It is horizontal and dialogical learning that creates knowledge and transforms the activity by crossing boundaries between activity systems (Engeström, 2001, 2003; Sannino, Daniels, & Gutiérrez, 2009). Using this principle from Expansive Learning theory, the symposium focuses on the learning of bilingual children, bilingual teacher candidates, and teacher educators as horizontal movement and boundary crossing.
