Bilingual Mandarin Teachers for Taiwan

| May 20, 2014
Greetings from Taiwan! This is Antonio Lee (TC ’04, Bilingual Education) reporting.

Currently, I am assisting in the development of a new dual language program in Keelung City in Taiwan. The school is 3 years old and goes from Grade 1 to Grade 5 at the moment, with 45 students in each grade. We will have our first Grade 6 this coming school year.

Starting 2014-2015 school year, we will move to a dual language model. Hence, I would like to seek your assistance in recruiting graduating TC students in the Bilingual Program who might be interested in teaching in Taiwan.

We are actively recruiting teachers with experience in dual language or have training in this field. We will initiate an archaeology program in collaborating with National Taiwan University next year for our elementary school students. Therefore, teachers with a science background will be highly desirable.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is any question.
